Multi-point Locking System – Our doors feature a comprehensive security suite, including a multi-point locking system and a Grade 6 FIAM 678 lock, encased in a specialised manganese anti-drill plate. The mechanism secures the door with one bolt going upwards, one into the threshold, and four heavy-duty bolts into the main locking side. Furthermore, four fixed bolts protect the hinge side, ensuring the door remains impenetrable even in the unlikely event that an intruder attempts to bypass the heavy-duty hinges. The escutcheon is further reinforced against drilling by a unique spinning cylinder protector.
Unforgeable Keys – Our security doors RC1 feature a Grade 6 security lock and a Yale-type cylinder. These keys are patented and restricted, meaning they cannot be replicated without a unique security code, while the cylinder is specifically designed to resist standard lock-picking tools.
Robust Construction – Featuring an 80mm steel profile and a 75mm door leaf thickness, these units can easily withstand a significant impact from a bicycle or motorcycle. The stainless steel profile incorporates six precision bends, making it substantially stronger than a standard box section frame. This design also allows for a superior infill of rock wool, silicone, and other hermetic materials for maximum insulation.
Sound proof – security front doors cladded in timber panels and infilled with rock wool achieve exceptional acoustic insulation levels. The RC1 model has been tested to 43 dB; in practical terms, this means conversation behind the door is virtually inaudible. This is invaluable for high-traffic or noisy areas where acoustic performance and noise reduction are a priority.
