Warranties

All our products are manufactured to the highest quality. As such, unlike most online retailers, we are able to offer you a genuine 12 months warranty on all our products. Topsecuritydoors reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of  inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personal.

Accuracy of Content

Topsecuritydoors  has taken  care in the preparation of the content of this website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

You must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number when placing your order; this is the address and telephone number which your credit or debit card bank has on file for you. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit or debit card has been properly received. Although delivery or collection cannot take place until payment has been cleared.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Electron.
 There may be an extra 2.5% charge for payment by credit card. Customers can apply to open a trade account (subject to a credit check) but first order has to be placed on a pro forma invoice basis.

Privacy policy

We are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information collected about you for order processing and to tell you about changes in our services or about special offers we think you will find valuable. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Please read on for more detail about our privacy policy. When you order, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. We use Sagepay to process our transactions . Our secure server software (SSL) encrypts all credit-card information you input before it is sent and processed. No credit card information is stored by ourselves. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Act 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you. By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Topsecuritydoors. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.

Delivery Times and Rates

All prices include delivery within the UK (with the exception of Scotland and Northern Ireland where there will be an additional charge) the online prices are for supplying one door.

All items except custom made doors will be delivered within 5 - 10 business
days although some specialist doors may take longer, because they are made to measure we will not be able to accept returns.

We will notify the customer in writing (usually email) or by telephone of the delivery date. If we are unable to deliver the products on the designated day and address (the customer has not informed us of requiring a change) we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver products.

 

For palletised deliveries, the driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. The pallet will be delivered to a location as stated, and it is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.

Returns policy

Delivery discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, preferably within 24hrs. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.

The customer is expected to check and sign for the number of items received, damaged items should be notified within 3 days of receiving the delivery.

Cancellation

If you are not totally satisfied with your products for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from day after delivery or collection for credit or refund provided that you return the products as sold in condition you received them with all components and accessories. Products must be complete, unused. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of products whilst they are in your possessions. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation

If you would like us to collect the goods, we will be happy to do so. We will charge you our normal collection rates for providing this service.

Custom made doors

Because they are made to measure we will not be able to accept returns.

Refunds

For products returned within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will, subject to return of the products to us, process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. The products must be returned in the condition that you received them. In this case, we will refund the price of the products in full including delivery but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
